Meridian NVQ Programme is Well Underway

Meridian is currently running a range of Level 2 NVQ training courses to calling agents based at our UK Head Office. We strongly believe in investing in training for our own employees in order for them to enhance their skills whilst at work. Our commitment to the NVQ programme demonstrates the value we place on employee development.

Operations Manager, Nicola Potter said “The NVQ programme is a great way for calling agents to develop and enhance their current skills. We’re giving them the ability to study a range of NVQ’s so that the course is relevant to the individual and their particular job role. The advantage of this is that not only do Meridian benefit but client’s do as well; as agents are effectively an extension of their organisation”.

The most popular NVQ’s which employees are working towards include; Customer Service and Contact Centre Operations which are in addition to the in-house training Meridian currently implements.
