Meridian’s clients have either short term ‘tactical’ projects, or longer term contact management or telesales requirements.  One area in common is the need to control costs and get the best price for a quality service.

Clients can benefit by having their work carried out overseas (offshore) where Meridian can conduct, manage, take responsibility for and generally create ‘success with cost-savings’  for large or small scale projects.

This operating of a project from overseas is essential for campaigns that run across several countries requiring different languages, where we believe firmly in using native speakers.

For much of the European requirement whether it be for a single or multiple language requirement, we operate projects from a base in Prague in the Czech Republic.  This is termed ‘Nearshore’ as for clients within Europe it is simple, close and inexpensive to visit.

Based at this facility there is a large proportion of high calibre native English speakers, along with native language speakers from many countries throughout Europe and indeed, worldwide.

More distant centres which work on projects with us delivering excellent quality work would come under ‘Offshore’.  For European clients this would be USA/Canada, South Africa and AsiaPac regions.

To allow us to guarantee our service standards, all campaigns are managed from the UK even when the calling takes place overseas.  From here we monitor and review performance on a daily basis providing regular reports to our clients.
