The Client – Assessment North East
Assessment North East (ANE) is a company specialising in providing ‘Investors in People’ standards.

The Objective
From a database of legal firms in specific regional postcodes we undertook a proactive outbound calling programme of lead generation and appointment making for the client.
The overall objective of these meetings was to consolidate the key point of contact so that ANE could help them achieve the quality standard and further develop an going working relationship.

The Approach
Our brief was to inform each legal office of the quality standard ‘Lexcel’, gather information and book appointments for consultants to visit each one.

A dedicated inbound line was set up in order to handle all queries and appointment changes.

The Result
A steady flow of bookings were followed up with a formal letter and called again closer to the appointment to confirm the arrangement.

In keeping with our philosophy of continuous improvement, feedback regarding the appointments was periodically provided from our client.
